How far in advance do I need to book my balloon decorating?
All our balloon creations are individual and custom designed so much warning as possible is always appreciated. We can arrange helium balloons at short notice if orderd before 3pm on a work day. As you can imagine weekends, Christmas and New Year are always hectic times so it pays to book your event decorating ahead.

Do you deliver and set-up?
We offer a professional delivery service for all orders placed and paid for before 3pm the day before the delivery date. For balloon bouquets there is a small delivery fee which we will let you know at time of booking. For event decorating the delivery and set-up is incorporated in the total price. If you are picking up your balloon creation from our warehouse we ask that you give us a rough indication of the time you would like to pick up. This aids us in making sure your design is ready and bagged for collection.

How long will my helium balloons last?
When rubber balloons are filled with helium so that they float, they typically retain their buoyancy for only a day or so (often overnight). The enclosed helium atoms escape through small pores in the latex which are larger than the helium atoms. Balloons filled with air usually hold their size and shape much longer. Foil balloons retain helium longer (and can be re-filled several times). A foil balloon can float for over 2 weeks so makes a great floating gift item.
